Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultations and Advisory Services
All consultation bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of our proposal. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked session.
Project Engagements
Once a service agreement is accepted and work has begun, deposits and progress payments are non-refundable. If you terminate before completion, you will be invoiced for all work completed and committed third-party expenses.
Digital Products (Future Sales)
Digital downloads, templates, or resources purchased via our website will be delivered electronically. Due to their instant nature, digital products are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., faulty or misdescribed items).
Workshops and Events
Tickets are transferable but non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
